How do kids spell L-O-V-E?
And the answer to this question is: T-I-M-E.
That’s right, time is the most important thing you can spend with your kids.
Have you ever been in a coffee shop in the morning where a mother or a father sits with their children?
And instead of relating to the children, they are on their phone. They are texting, they are looking at Facebook or maybe they are checking on the share prices from last night, but they are not relating to their children.
My vision with Inspiring Relationships is to play part in creating a world where couples live in happy, respectful and long lasting relationships. Enabling their children to grow up loved.
So therefore I think it is opportune to talk about children and their needs. Spending time with your children is the most important thing you can do.
If you have two children, or three or four, make sure to spend time with individually with them. As a father or as a mother take one of your children out for a kayak trip, to a walk at the beach or for shopping. And then do this with the other kids as well. I can tell you it’s the best day of their lives.
My tip for you today is: spend time with your children, relate to your children. Instead of relating to your ‘friends’ on Facebook.
